Q: What payment methods are accepted?

接受什麼付款方式?

A:We accept electronic payment methods such as FPS, Visa, MasterCard, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

All Decorit products are included Free Delivery and Assembly.

Decorit所有產品都已包括運輸及安裝費用。


The free delivery area is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. There is no delivery service in Islands District. If the delivery is to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, or the delivery location is far away from the parking area, or there is no lifts and requires staircase service or external hoisting services, additional service fees will be charged (based on quotation).

傢俬送貨範圍適用於香港島、九龍及新界區,而離島不設送貨服務。顧客如需要送貨到東涌、馬灣、愉景灣、送貨地點與停車地方距離甚遠、或沒有升降機而須搬樓梯或外牆吊入服務,須及早知會我們安排並會收取附加服務費用。


Q: Can the delivery date be changed? Can I place a warehouse for free?

送貨日期可以更改嗎?可以免費存倉嗎?

A: Please inform us at least five working days in advance that you need to change the delivery date. It can be changed for free, and there is a free one-month warehousing service.

請提前至少五個工作天時間通知我們需要更改送貨日期,是可以免費更改的,以及設有免費一個月的存倉服務。


Q: Are there any surcharges for stair transportation?

有樓梯搬運附加費嗎?

A: Yes, if the delivery address does not have a lift and requires staircase service, please inform us when ordering, and we will provide a quote for staircase service fee based on the actual situation of the delivery address.

有的,若送貨地址沒有升降機而需要樓梯搬運,在訂單付款時請告知我們,我們將會按樓梯實際情況提供樓梯搬運費用的報價。

You have to ensure that the products can gain access to the delivery location through the common parts of the building or estate. Decorit accepts no responsibility or liability for failure of delivery due to inaccessibility, or any extra costs incurred in order to deliver the product by any necessary means. Such extra costs shall be borne and payable by you solely.

客戶有責任確保所購買之貨品能讓運送人員通過送貨地址的所有樓層例如 : 大門、樓梯、通道及電梯,如貨品因上述原因而未能成功送達及交收,Decorit將會收取客戶當日以及另行安排之運輸費用,而Decorit亦不會因上述原因而退還任何費用或退貨。

Decorit reserves the final rights to decide on any delivery and assembly arrangements.

Decorit將保留最終權利決定任何送貨及安裝安排。

If you receive a damaged product/receive only part of the product/receive incorrect product, please contact us in time for follow-up.

如若收到一件損壞的商品 / 只收到了部份商品 / 收到了不正確的商品 , 請及時與我們聯絡跟進。


Q: Can I cancel my order and refund?

我可以隨時取消訂單及退款嗎?

A: All your orders once are confirmed and paid, they are final and non-refundable.

所有訂單一經確認、簽署合同及付款後,都不設退款。

 – 在送貨收貨期間,顧客須小心保管及保護好其他傢俬、地板、裝飾、牆壁及財物等,如有任何損毀,本公司恕不負責; 安裝期間的任何損壞(例如牆身或傢俬損壞)顧客須自行承擔。如顧客最終決定無須把產品安裝上牆,日後如有任何安全問題,顧客須自行承擔風險,本店概不負責。

 – 產品的設計可能會略有變化,而與預期的測量結果之間存在細微的差異。圖片只供參考,顏色可能因環境、燈光等因素存在色差。顏色,尺寸皆以實物為準。

 – 顧客須確保貨品不會在不適合的用途上使用,並須負責在處理和使用貨品時採取一切所需的技巧和謹慎。顧客明確承認和同意, Decorit對於任何就貨品所提供的建議或資料概不承擔任何義務和責任;該等資料如有任何不準確或錯誤之處,本公司亦概不負責。顧客接納貨品時均須完全承擔有關風險。

 – 凡由於不是本公司可以控制而引致之延誤或未能履行全部或部分本條款及細則而造成任何損失或損害,其中包括但不限於戰爭、暴動、天災、政府實行的限制或任何其他工業或貿易爭議、火災、爆炸或其他災害,本公司均毋須負責。

 

如有任何爭議,Decorit 保留最終決定權。
